Safety Planning

Effective safety begins with a plan.

We help organizations evaluate and strengthen their safety policies, procedures, emergency plans, evacuation procedures, communication plans, and other measures designed to protect people and property.

For religious institutions, this may include reviewing safety considerations associated with worship services, special events, children's programs, community gatherings, volunteers, parking areas, and other activities.

Safety Awareness

Safety is everyone's responsibility.

We provide education designed to help leadership, employees, volunteers, members, and other stakeholders recognize hazards and understand their role in maintaining a safe environment.

Our goal is to move organizations from a reactive approach to safety toward a proactive safety culture, where potential hazards are identified and addressed before an incident occurs.

Safety Preparedness

Preparedness can make a critical difference.

We assess an organization's readiness to respond to emergencies and other potentially hazardous situations, including emergency procedures, communication, evacuation considerations, emergency equipment, and staff or volunteer responsibilities.

Our objective is to help organizations answer an important question: “If an emergency happened today, would we be prepared to respond?”

Drone-assisted exterior audits

As part of the exterior assessment, we fly a drone over the property to document accessibility and approach from above. Aerial imagery reveals conditions that are easy to miss at ground level, and gives leadership a clear visual record inside the final report.
