Our commitment to handling the information you share with us responsibly and transparently.

What you share with us
When you request an audit, we collect the details you provide on the request form — your name, organization, contact information, and the site, event, or operational details relevant to the assessment. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited for site reliability and security.
Purpose-driven, never sold
The information you submit is used solely to schedule and conduct your safety assessment, prepare your report, and communicate with you about the engagement. We never sell, rent, or trade your data. Aggregated, non-identifying information may be used to improve our services and report on our nonprofit impact.
Kept only as long as needed
Audit request records and supporting documents are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and continuity. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to record-keeping obligations.
Access, correct, and delete
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or ask that it be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information on our Contact page and we will respond promptly.
Reasonable safeguards
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. While no method is completely secure, we work to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data you entrust to us.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
